OWNHAUS CASE STUDY · SHOWCASE
A photography website and owner-operated business system designed to carry clients from first impression to inquiry, quote, deposit, and booked session.
The experience
A photography-first visual system designed to feel like the work itself: bold, cinematic and easy to move through on desktop or mobile.

The brief
Pixel Precision Media needed a digital home that could showcase Isaiah Gibson’s photography without stopping at a gallery and contact form.
The experience needed to support the way the business actually works: customers request sessions, Isaiah reviews the details and availability, requests more information when needed, confirms timing, sends a quote, collects the deposit, and manages the relationship through one private owner experience.
What we built
Customer journey
01
A photography-first public site and portfolio establishes the brand and services.
02
Clients request a date, preferred time, service, location, and session details.
03
Isaiah manages the inquiry, requests missing information, confirms timing, and sends the quote.
04
The client accepts the quote, applies an eligible discount if provided, pays the deposit, and moves into a confirmed booking.
Behind the scenes
The private Owner Console gives Isaiah control of active inquiries, bookings, services and pricing, availability, clients, portfolio work, discount codes, and business assets. New inquiry notifications keep leads from depending on a dashboard check alone.
OWNHAUS also delivered a branded business-assets and handoff area so the operating system can be managed after launch without giving the client access to the development workspace.
The strategy connects the full journey: discovery → portfolio proof → inquiry → quote → acceptance → deposit → booked client.
