Client Agreement

OWNHAUS Service Agreement

Effective September 9, 2026

1. Agreement and project scope

This Service Agreement applies to paid OWNHAUS projects unless a separate written agreement or approved custom scope says otherwise. Your selected plan, checkout confirmation, approved proposal, onboarding information, and any written scope adjustments form part of the agreement between OWNHAUS and the purchasing client.

OWNHAUS will provide the website, digital experience, owner tools, implementation, and support included in the selected plan or approved scope. Features not listed in that scope are not automatically included.

2. Setup fee and start of work

The applicable setup fee is due before production begins and covers project setup, planning, design, configuration, implementation, and launch preparation included in the selected plan. Monthly membership charges do not begin during the build period; they begin when the Haus goes live.

3. Client responsibilities

The client is responsible for providing accurate business information, required approvals, logos, photography, copy, pricing, policies, account access, and other materials reasonably needed to complete the project. The client represents that it has permission to use all materials it provides to OWNHAUS.

Project timelines depend on timely client responses and complete assets. Delays in information, approvals, access, or content may move the delivery or launch date.

4. Estimated timelines

Standard estimated build times are approximately 7–10 business days for Haus Start and 10–15 business days for Haus Plus after required onboarding information and assets are received. Haus Pro timelines are defined by the approved scope. These are good-faith estimates rather than guaranteed completion dates, particularly when third-party integrations, client delays, or platform reviews are involved.

5. Revisions and scope changes

Haus Start includes one consolidated revision round. Haus Plus includes two consolidated revision rounds. Haus Pro revisions follow the approved scope. A revision round is intended for coordinated changes to work already included in scope. New pages, features, integrations, workflows, redesigns, or other new functionality may require a separate quote or scope adjustment.

6. Client review and approval

When a project is presented for review, the client should review the experience carefully and either provide the applicable consolidated revision request or approve the Haus for launch. Client approval authorizes OWNHAUS to proceed with final launch preparation based on the approved work.

7. Launch and monthly membership

The monthly OWNHAUS membership begins when the Haus goes live. The membership covers the ongoing service and support included with the client's plan. Membership pricing and included support are based on the selected plan or approved scope.

The payment method authorized during purchase may be retained by the payment processor and used for recurring membership charges beginning at launch.

8. Cancellation

OWNHAUS memberships do not require a long-term contract. Cancellation requires 30 calendar days' notice and becomes effective 30 calendar days after OWNHAUS receives the request. Service remains active during the notice period. Any regular monthly membership charge that becomes due before the effective cancellation date remains payable and may be processed using the payment method on file. No new recurring membership charge will be scheduled after the effective cancellation date. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund for setup work, completed services, prior membership periods, or charges properly due during the notice period.

9. Client ownership and OWNHAUS materials

The client retains ownership of its pre-existing business name, trademarks, logos, photography, written content, product information, and other materials it supplies. Upon payment of amounts due, the client may use the completed client-specific deliverables for its business.

OWNHAUS retains ownership of its pre-existing tools, methods, reusable components, templates, software, systems, know-how, internal processes, and other materials that were not created exclusively for the client. Nothing in this agreement transfers ownership of third-party software, platforms, fonts, stock assets, or licensed technology.

10. Third-party services and integrations

Where supported, OWNHAUS may connect or configure third-party services such as Stripe, booking tools, email providers, domains, analytics, or other business platforms. The client remains responsible for third-party account ownership, fees, terms, verification, and compliance. OWNHAUS cannot guarantee continued compatibility, uptime, approval, or functionality controlled by another provider.

11. Mobile and app-store publishing

Mobile-ready or app-like functionality does not necessarily include public app-store publishing. App-store publishing is a separate add-on unless expressly included in an approved scope. Client-owned Apple or Google developer accounts may be required, and platform approval is controlled by Apple, Google, or the applicable store. Approval is not guaranteed.

12. Support and maintenance

Ongoing support is limited to the support included in the client's active membership or approved scope. Major redesigns, new functionality, substantial content entry, third-party migrations, custom development, or work outside the active plan may be quoted separately.

13. Business results

OWNHAUS provides design, implementation, and digital business infrastructure, but does not guarantee a particular level of revenue, leads, bookings, conversions, search ranking, advertising performance, or other business result.

14. Suspension and termination

OWNHAUS may suspend access or services for overdue amounts, security concerns, unlawful or abusive use, material breach of this agreement, or activity that creates material risk to OWNHAUS, its providers, or other users. Where reasonably practicable, OWNHAUS will provide notice and an opportunity to address the issue.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNHAUS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or interruptions caused by third-party services. To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNHAUS's aggregate liability arising from the applicable project or service will not exceed the amounts actually paid to OWNHAUS for that project or service during the six months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

16. Entire agreement and changes

This Service Agreement, together with the applicable plan or approved scope, Purchase Terms, and any written amendments accepted by both parties, constitutes the agreement for the covered services. If a custom written agreement conflicts with these standard terms, the custom written agreement controls for that project.

Questions about these terms or your OWNHAUS service can be sent through the contact information provided with your project or account.
