Purchase & Billing Terms

Effective September 9, 2026

1. Your purchase

When you select an OWNHAUS plan and complete checkout, you are purchasing the setup services shown for that plan at the price presented at checkout. Any custom work, add-ons, or services outside the selected plan require separate written approval or purchase.

2. Setup fee

The setup fee is charged at checkout and is due before production begins. Because OWNHAUS reserves project capacity and begins planning, configuration, and production work after purchase, setup fees are generally non-refundable once work has begun, except where required by law or where OWNHAUS agrees otherwise in writing.

If OWNHAUS is unable to begin or provide the purchased service for reasons within its control, OWNHAUS may issue an appropriate refund or credit.

3. Saved payment method authorization

By completing checkout and selecting the required authorization, you authorize the payment processor to save your payment method for OWNHAUS billing. OWNHAUS does not store your full card number or security code.

You authorize OWNHAUS to use the saved payment method for the monthly membership associated with your purchased plan beginning when your Haus goes live and for other charges you separately authorize.

4. When monthly billing begins

Your recurring monthly membership does not begin while your Haus is being built. Membership billing begins when the project goes live. The applicable monthly amount is displayed with the selected plan or approved custom scope.

5. Automatic renewal

After launch, the membership renews automatically on a recurring monthly basis until canceled in accordance with these terms. You authorize OWNHAUS and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file for each renewal.

6. Cancellation and 30-day notice

There is no long-term membership contract. You may cancel by giving OWNHAUS 30 calendar days' notice through the cancellation method made available in My Haus or by contacting OWNHAUS through the service contact channel provided to you.

Your cancellation becomes effective 30 calendar days after OWNHAUS receives your cancellation request. Your membership and service remain active during that notice period. If a regular monthly renewal falls within the 30-day notice period, that charge remains due and may be processed using the payment method on file. No new recurring membership charge will be scheduled after the effective cancellation date.

Cancellation does not retroactively refund completed setup work, prior membership periods, charges properly due during the notice period, or other services already delivered.

7. Failed or past-due payments

If a payment fails, OWNHAUS or its payment processor may retry the payment method, request an updated payment method, or mark the membership past due. Continued nonpayment may result in suspension of support, account functionality, or hosted services after reasonable notice, subject to applicable law.

8. Taxes and third-party charges

Prices shown by OWNHAUS do not include taxes unless stated otherwise. The client is responsible for applicable taxes and for fees charged directly by third parties, including domain registrars, developer accounts, app stores, payment processors, premium software, or other services not expressly included in the OWNHAUS price.

9. Pricing changes

The setup price and monthly membership price shown at the time of purchase apply to that purchase unless the parties approve a different scope. OWNHAUS may change pricing for future purchases or renewal periods by providing advance notice where required. A scope change requested by the client may also change project or membership pricing with the client's approval.

10. Charge questions and disputes

If you believe a charge is incorrect, contact OWNHAUS promptly so the charge can be reviewed. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable payment-card rules or consumer-protection law.

11. Relationship to the Service Agreement

These Purchase & Billing Terms govern payment and recurring billing. The OWNHAUS Service Agreement governs project delivery, revisions, launch, ownership, support, and related service obligations. By purchasing an OWNHAUS plan, you agree to both documents and the Website Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Questions about these terms or your OWNHAUS service can be sent through the contact information provided with your project or account.
