These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the OWNHAUS website, public forms, account areas, and related online experiences. By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

OWNHAUS provides website, digital experience, owner-dashboard, implementation, support, and related services for small businesses. Specific deliverables, features, integrations, timelines, revisions, and launch responsibilities are defined by the plan or approved project scope.

You must provide accurate information and use the service only for lawful business purposes. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify OWNHAUS promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You may not use the site or services to violate law, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, distribute malicious code, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, impersonate another person or business, or use the service for deceptive, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

The OWNHAUS name, website design system, original text, graphics, software, and other OWNHAUS materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Client-owned logos, photography, text, products, trademarks, and other client-provided materials remain the client's property or the property of their respective owners.

Projects may use or connect to third-party providers such as payment processors, domain registrars, hosting providers, email providers, analytics tools, booking platforms, or app stores. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. OWNHAUS does not control third-party uptime, approvals, policies, fees, or account decisions.

Where mobile-app functionality or publishing assistance is included in an approved scope, Apple, Google, and other platforms retain final control over developer-account approval, submission review, listing approval, and ongoing compliance. OWNHAUS does not guarantee app-store approval.

The site and general informational materials are provided on an “as available” basis. OWNHAUS does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, specific sales results, search rankings, advertising performance, or third-party platform outcomes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OWNHAUS will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, lost business opportunities, or third-party service interruptions arising from use of the site. Any service-specific liability is further governed by the applicable Service Agreement and Purchase Terms.

OWNHAUS may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
